Two Tables, Two Families, One Shared Passion in Celles

Located 30 meters apart, our two establishments are the result of the union of two passionate families.

Although Le Saint Hadelin and La Table de l'Ermite share the same values ​​of hospitality, they offer two completely different menus. 

Vary the pleasures, change the atmosphere, but always with the guarantee of an exceptional moment.

Each week, by visiting the market, our team draws inspiration from fresh, seasonal produce.

The team lets itself be guided entirely by the colours of the Ardennes and chooses its products by sight, touch and smell.


In his mind, the cooking process has already begun.

Each dish is a unique creation, executed with love for its ingredients and has the right to fail.
