General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Scope These general terms and conditions govern the online table reservations made for Restaurant Le Saint Hadelin via the THRM Group website.

2. Prices and Payments To confirm a reservation, a deposit of €20 per person is required. Payment is made securely online via our payment provider Mollie. The accepted payment methods are: Bancontact, KBC/CBC payment button, Belfius Direct Net, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, iDEAL, and Google Pay.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • 1 to 5 people: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • 6 people or more : Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of cancellation within the notice period, a refund or a gift voucher will be offered. In case of late cancellation or a no-show, the entire deposit will be retained by the establishment as compensation.

4. Absence of the right of withdrawal In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to catering and restaurant services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the French-speaking courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

1. Data Collection and Processing THRM Group collects personal data (name, email address, phone number) for the purpose of managing table reservations and responding to contact requests.

2. Data Sharing (Hotel Subcontracting Clause) Requests submitted via our "Contact" page and specifically concerning "Hôtel Le Saint Hadelin" are securely and immediately forwarded to the company LE GITE D'HADELIN SRL (CBE: BE0818.948.234), which manages the hotel establishment independently. THRM Group does not retain this data for commercial purposes.
